We have intentionally not included TVs in the dwellings so as to create a retreat-like atmosphere for those who desire it; please feel free to bring your personal devices.

Yes! We plow the roads and shovel walks, stairs, and decks. Wood stoves, hot-tubs, and flannel make the snow-blanketed forest cozy, especially after a morning snowshoeing in the sun.

Yes! Our cabins and treehouses have energy efficient mini-split heat pumps that provide both heating and cooling. Additionally, wood stoves provide a little extra warmth and atmosphere!

This low-density development was built with low-impact best practices, including the implementation of substantial stormwater treatments systems that protect the natural resource of the Union River and a design incorporating the repurposing a hundred-year old road. Our treehouses keep you cool (or warm, depending on the season!) with high efficiency mini-split units. Hot water heaters are on-demand, eliminating wasted energy.
